You pay one standard rate regardless of which combination of therapies we use. Every session is 45 minutes and includes the consultation time we need to tailor it to you.

For clients who would benefit from weekly or fortnightly sessions — IVF support, ongoing conditions, or committing to your wellbeing. To be used within three months.

Policies

Good to know

Cancellation policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice of a cancellation. We try to be as flexible as possible and understand that there are sometimes inevitable blocks to attending — so we only charge 50% of the session fee (£25) for late cancellations.

Late arrivals

We recommend giving yourself extra time to find parking. Typically there will be someone booked in after your appointment, so we will have to end your session at the scheduled time.

No-show

If you miss the appointment without notice there is likely a no-show fee. We often have clients on a waiting list, so your slot — and our time — can be put to good use.

Special procedures

Treatments will not be performed on any person who is, or appears to be, intoxicated.
