We are Rob and Alison, a husband and wife team who established Blossom Natural Health in 1999 to create a safe space for you to explore what your body is trying to communicate to you through your symptoms. We can help you uncover what support and resources you need to heal all aspects of your health and well-being.
We are integrative therapists which means we have completed a lot of training over the past 25 years, and have multiple therapies to draw on, including Acupuncture, CranioSacral Therapy, and Somato-Emotional Release.
We will evaluate your needs via our unique 'Five Fields Assessment', which will help us to attune to which combination of treatments will most benefit you. We will empower you to explore which sustainable lifestyle changes you can make to support your treatment plan.

Everything you need
We use our Five Fields Assessment as a holistic approach to your health via: Movement, Nourishment, Emotions, Rest and Connection.
All of our treatments are the same price. We work with you to find the right treatment, or complementary treatments to meet your individual needs.

On your first session, we will take a thorough history - some questions may seem a little random or not related to your symptoms but we are trying to get a full picture of your health. We will also get as much hands-on time as possible so you can get the most out of your session.
If you are only having CranioSacral Therapy then you get to keep your clothes on, but wear something loose and comfortable in case we need to roll up your trousers or get to your abdomen for acupuncture.
You are in charge of the session, so you can let us know if you are too hot, too cold, or in any way uncomfortable and we will make sure you feel as relaxed as possible.
Give yourself plenty of time to allow your body to process your session. Avoid alcohol, arguments, exercise, or anything too strenuous. Make sure you are hydrated and give yourself nourishing wholesome food.
There may be some old emotions that come to the surface, if possible allow yourself to feel them.
If this is the first time that you have rested in a while then you make feel exhausted - give yourself some grace wherever you can. Then make a note of any changes - good or bad - so that you can feed the information back to us at your next session.
You will get the most out of your treatments if you apply the self-care recommendations in-between sessions.
